David Hetherington, Executive Director at Per Capita was part of a roundtable discussion for the Standing Committee on Legal and Constitutional Affairs at the House of Representatives on 14 October 2009.
The discussion focused on the machinery of referendum provisions. It examined referendum legislation from a legal, historical and comparative angle and the communication and community engagement methods used in referendums.
